Her new restaurant, Monterey’s, has received glowing reviews and is quickly becoming one of the best restaurants in the world. West now serves as the executive chef at Monterey’s, an upscale restaurant on Park Avenue in Monterey.
After winning the competition, West moved to Las Vegas, where she was the senior chef at Terra Rossa at the Red Rock Casino. West was the youngest nominee in season 2 of “Hell’s Kitchen,” and she used her natural cooking abilities as well as some help from Ramsay to win the competition. Heather, now married and a mother of two boys, has faced postpartum depression herself and has braved social media to share her story. Heather then moved back to Port Jefferson, New York, where she met her future husband. As the head chef of Monterey’s, Jellyfish Restaurant, and Broadway Grill, she worked with some of the best chefs in the industry.
